USER AGREEMENT

A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to the Horton's Drug Store mobile application and websites, including co-branded Horton's Drug Store-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Horton's Drug Store Digital Services”), is subject to the Horton's Drug Store Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE Horton's Drug Store DIGITAL SERVICES. BY USING THE Horton's Drug Store DIGITAL SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

These Terms also govern your participation in any SMS or mobile communications programs offered by Horton's Drug Store. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the Mobile Terms & Privacy Summary governs such messaging.
